The Basics

- Print a Pick Ticket from the back office and scan the barcode at the top to pull for an existing order.

- Build new orders by scanning items as you go.

Creating a New Order

- Scan items as you go to build a new order.

- Choose the quantity desired for each item and these quantities will be deducted from inventory once the handheld is synched.

- Review the order details screen to ensure you have added all items you need to the order.

Pulling for an Existing Order

- Scan the barcode at the top of the pick ticket to bring up the order you are going to pull inventory for.

- Next, scan items that are on the pick ticket and mark the quantity picked

- If you manage several locations you will also be prompted to choose which location the item is being pulled from.

Synching the Handheld

- After you have finshed your order pulling work return to the office to synch all the new information from the handheld.

- Once synched, all orders ar markes as "picked" which reduces in-stock quantities by the picked quantities.

- Batch print all papework for all orders in "picked" status.

- Drastically reduce idle time waiting for paperwork to get your products out for delivery.
