    Creating a Sale

    - Scan or look up items by name while walking around your retail area with a customer.

    - Once an item is selected you will be prompted to select a quantity.

    - Creating sales as you walk your retail site with your customers improves customer service.

    - When you are finished adding items to the sale you can either suspend the sale or complete it directly on the handheld.

    Suspending & Resuming a Sale

    - After a sale is built you have the option to suspend the sale so it can be completed later on the handheld or at a POS register.

    - Print suspend sale tickets to a belt printer and give them to your customers so their transactions can be looked up later.

    - Use this feature as a "line-buster". Scan items onto a sale for customers waiting in line, suspend the sale and then all they have to do is pay at the register.

    Finalizing a Sale

    - On account sales are completed by having your customers sign directly on the handheld.

    - Print a full page invoice to the back office.

    - Finalize credit card trnasactions by adding a credit card swiper to the handheld device and swiping a credit card and the sale will be completed in 4-8 seconds.

    - Signatures for credit card sales are also are digital which reduces paper waste.

    - Reciepts can also be printed to a small, portable printer worn on your belt or mounted strategically around your retail site.

    - SBI boasts over 10 years experience with wireless networking and also works with local networking partners.

    - Local network WiFi is compatible with the Motorola 8846 model that we offer.

    - Our wireless solution can cover 10-15 acres with one antenna. while an off the shelf wireless range is about 300 feet.
     

    Wireless Anywhere

    - SBI now offers handhelds that run over a cell network

    - This option does not requre isntallation of a complex wireless network and is our preferred connection method if good cell signal is available at your site.

    - Cell-based networks are compatible with the Motorola MC70 model we offer.
